You're kind of a terrible writer in Bucket Detective, and on the advice of a friend, you go to a strange address, following the steps laid out there to receive your divine inspiration. Is finishing your crummy book worth helping out a strange cult, though?
Bucket Detective offers a handful of different routes through its first-person environments. Depending on which ones you make, you can get one of five endings. Will you decide that helping the cult is worth it? Will your stupid novel be the best it can be? Or are there worse things than having a terrible book published? And what lies behind all of these weird mechanisms you're playing around with?
If you've got an hour free, there's some great laughs to be had in this unsettling game created by the developer of the static speaks my name. Just prepare yourself for some strange decor along the way.
