Foxy Pick: TRI - Of Friendship and Madness (Rat King Entertainment) - [INDIEGAMING]

I always knew that TRI: Of Friendship and Madness was shaping up to become something special indeed, but I honestly never expected it to be this good and so amazingly polished. Actually, were I to pick my favourite 3D puzzler between Portal and TRI, I'd simply chose TRI. Yes, it's that good.

Now, as you may have guessed, TRI is sort of an immense 3D puzzle box you get explore by solving puzzles. A huge variety of brilliantly designed and balanced puzzles to be exact, as you'll be tasked with everything from guessing which levers to pull and constructing bridges out of triangles (TRIs) conjured out of thin air to moving walls of crates and uncovering hidden passages.

All this mental exercise is supported by some wonderfully stylized graphics and an endearing plot involving foxes; probably some of the most playful gods ever to grace a game. Let alone a game set in intricate temples whose halls are filled with one of 2014's finest soundtracks.
