The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, or BAFTA, has invited Mike Bithell Games to showcase their highly anticipated stealth title Volume on July 28th, 2015. They will be discussing how the team, working remotely, have managed to create a player centric and customizable world for the futuristic Robin Hood story. The showcase will be held at the Princess Anne Theatre in London, England. Time and ticket booking information can be found on the BAFTA site.

Volume is the next game from Mike Bithell, creator of the critically acclaimed Thomas Was Alone. Set in a stylish cyberpunk future, the game attempts to create a modern spin on the legend of Robin of Locksley.

The nonlethal stealth gameplay will be the focus as players control Robin through a hundred challenges, all of which - including main story missions - can be customized and modified by the players. This should let players help direct the game over time as the community advances the game over time.

BAFTA is a membership-funded charity in Britain dedicated to promoting the arts and inspiring creation. In addition to their awards ceremonies, they hold international teaching and showcase events to share and inspire creators of all ages in order to advance the arts.

Volume launches on August 18th, 2015 on PC and PS4.
