Real World Gatherings for Ludum Dare 33 - [INDIEGAMING]

Ludum Dare is a 48-hour rapid game development challenge which occur several times a year, and while many participants prefer to create a game from the comfort of their own home (or office), attending a real world event for a game jam can be just as fun. Benefits that quickly come to mind include receiving valuable feedback while you're creating your game, having no problems finding someone to test it, and even getting to collaborate with people whom you've never met before.

In Malaysia, Shawn Beck (Velocibox) and KayLee Kuah are organizing a real world gathering for the upcoming Ludum Dare 33 event at the Multimedia University (MMU) Cyberjaya Campus. All game developers in Malaysia are welcomed to join them for the game jam event next weekend (Aug 21 - 23). Desktop computers are available but in limited quantity, so developers are advised to bring their own laptop workstations if they own one.
