30 Pictures sets you free in a lush landscape with your camera, and you’re free to wander wherever you like. Maybe you want to see what animals have made this place their home. Maybe you just want to capture a striking vista in your lens. maybe you just want a walk away from your existence for a while. Whatever you like, it’s there for you in this calming place.
You get to save your photographs when you complete the game (which happens when you run out of film), so you can really put some work into the compositions if you like. This way, you can show off your digital vacation to friends. Or you can keep a collection of the various creatures you come across here, Pokemon Snap-style. I mean, yeah, the sheep probably doesn’t fling lightning around, but that doesn’t make your time together any less interesting. Plus, you;re less likely to have your camera blown up by animals that hurl flames or stones.
30 Pictures offers a chill place to lose yourself within, seeking to capture places of beauty to be saved for another time. It’s a place that you can make your own through the framing of the photograph, and a home for memories you can create and save beyond an unreliable mind. You can also just take more pics of that cute mole creature, which is good enough for me.
