Halloween party ideas 2015

Peep shows you an entire little world that you need to navigate, but then takes it all away from you.

You are a little robot in Peep – one who is technically a trainee. You don’t even have your full robot training, so you’ll need to solve all of these little puzzles within a time frame to become a full-fledged robot. It’s pretty hard navigating a world that you cannot see, too. That’s where your scans come in.

In each level, you have a limited number of scans. These allow you to see the entire world for a small amount of time before it fades back to white. During this scan, you can still move around and make your way to the portal. Do make the most of it!

The world contains many things that are dangerous to a small robot like yourself. Falling off the level was my biggest concern when playing Peep at the Google Play Indie Games Showcase. Bits of the ground move and you do not move while on them, meaning you need to understand their shifting speeds in order to stay alive.

Peep is a very fun and interesting game to play. The only issue I had with the game was the hit boxes around the ground. Some areas of the game seemed like you were meant to fall off due to them being jagged, but the hitbox allowed you to stay on the edge. Other places seemed to not be so gracious. Even with this small issue, Peep is a really clever concept done well!

Peep is available now on Google Play
