Normally when I see Quintin Smith of Shut Up and Sit Down recommend a game, I can rely on said game being rather lovely. Mini Metro was no exception, a puzzle/strategy game that's out on Steam Early Access, and focuses on building Metro transport lines to keep passengers happy.
And man, is it difficult. Trying to balance the size of each line, how many carriages and trains are on each line, tunnels to burrow through rivers and new lines to plug up the gaps... it's like the ultimate train-based balancing act. Watch us play through the Paris level above, and then consider buying the game from Steam.
