Protecting website’s design, content, graphics are really tough job. Because you are not aware who is copying your content, design etc. But I think this is a serious cyber crime. You will understand if I explain you a real time example.

BloggerSpice site’s total page view per day was over 25k. Even last October 2015 I have received 39k page view in one. This was really amazing. I was so happy and I thought my Blog is now in stable position. But from the beginning of November 2015 my page view dramatically dropped to 15k. I was shocked. And can’t find the reason behind this. As a result, I have started producing more content daily. But still page views are same.

Yesterday I have discovered that my contents are being copied by several sites. Even I have given warning and complain to Google. But all steps are not working. Finally Today I have disabled right click, disable text selection option and finally disable Ctrl+U feature thus content thief can’t see my source code and copy my content.

Interestingly when I publish content some thief within 10 minutes published again on their site. As a result search engine detecting my content as duplicate. Lost higher rank on search engines decreased my visitors and also decreased my AdSense income. And eventually content thieves ruin my Blog completely.

However I didn’t frustrated and broke up. I have applied some trick which will help to stand against content theft within shortest period of time. For protecting your Blog content, design and source code you must apply few things that will help your blog to grow steadily. I am explain the task below-

Disable text selection

This is first thing you must do. Because if you can disable text selection then content thieves won’t able to select any text from your Blog. As a result they can’t copy your Blog content. For tutorial please visit the below recommended URL.

Disable Right Click

This is possible to copy your content by viewing your page source code. And thieves are doing it easily by right click to view page source. So you must disable right click for protecting your page source. I have already published the tutorial about this. Please follow it by visiting below URL.

Disable Ctrl+U by JavaScript

If you just disable right click then it is possible to view page source by pressing Ctrl+U button from keyboard. And thief will easily get access to your page source. So the solution is disabling Ctrl+U action from your browser. Now the question is how to do it? Don’t worry I am showing you the trick. This is actually a JavaScript.

Step 1 Go to your Blogger Account and Login to your Blogger Account.

Step 2 Click on ->Template ->Edit HTML

Step 3 And locate </head> by pressing Ctrl+F (Windows) or CMD+F (Mac)

Step 4 And copy the below script and paste it above </head>

Step 5 Finally hit the Save template button.

Now check your site and use Ctrl+U from keyboard, and see this is not working.

Remove RSS Feed URL

You have done everything. But If won’t don’t remove your RSS Feed then thieves will visit your RSS feed and copy the content from there. So remove RSS feed URL from your Blog thus thief can’t visit your feed to get the content.

That’s all about protecting your Blog from content thief. But there are some technique that content thief can get your content. But I am not sharing this, because this is think illegal thing again and again. If you see still your content is being copied then there maybe different reason. Possible reason could be content thief is printing your content first and after that typing it. In this case you can disable print option from your Blog. However you can use a simple piece of JavaScript to your Blogger template.

Step 1 Go to your Blogger Account and Login to your Blogger Account.

Step 2 Click on ->Template ->Edit HTML

Step 3 And locate </head> by pressing Ctrl+F (Windows) or CMD+F (Mac)

Step 4 And copy the below script and paste it above </head>

Step 5 Finally hit the Save template button.

That’s it. Now printing option has disabled on your Blog or website. I hope this tutorial will help you to protect your Blog and Website’s content, source code etc. And I have another suggestion is to submit content to Google and Bing search engine immediately after publishing it. As a result search engine count your URL as unique.

In conclusion, morality is the main thing for blogging. Many thieves may get good traffic and earning money by blogging within shortest period of time. But those who want to do blogging for longer time with reputation then they shouldn’t copy other’s content.

After creating your first Blog on tumblr you may become confuse about making new post there. This is really confusing for other Blogging platform user to make post on tumblr after using other platform longer time. So this tutorial is for newbie who just started their blogging journey with tumblr.

Tumblr is best for photo blogging but you can share almost everything such as Text, Photo, quote, link, audio, video etc. So we have lots of options to share in tumblr. Don’t worry I will explain one by one. But before that we will learn how to make a new post.

How to create new post on tumblr?

This is really easy if you watch the tumblr dashboard carefully. They have added simple icons to maintain your tumblr dashboard. Rather I think tumblr is easier than Blogger and WordPress. Let’s see how to do it?


Step 1 Please visit http://ift.tt/1lx3AeTand log in to your tumblr account with email and password.

Step 2 You will be directly headed to tumblr dashboard. From there you will find a set of icons for creating posts. Alternatively you can click on pen icon at the top right corner for making a new post.

Step 3 You have different choice to make new post. Such as
  • Text Post - For publishing simple Text select Aa Textand a popup window will appear. So write text there before publish.

  • Image Post - If you want to publish a photo then use Photo option. Just click camera icon and from popup window select your photo from PC and upload. In addition you can add photo from web.

  • Quote Post - For publishing quote tumblr has separate quote posting option. From dashboard click on quote icon and in popup window write the quote with source, as well as add a tag and hit the Post button for publishing.

  • URL Post - If you want to use tumblr as your second blog then use link sharing post. Suppose you have a WordPress Blog and publish post there and now simply copy the post URL and paste it on tumblr link sharing option it will automatically grab the post’s first image from your WordPress Blog. After that simply press the Post button for publish. When visitors on tumblr click on your link s/he will be land on your WordPress Blog post directly.

  • Chat Post - For posting chat you can simply write few sentences for chat. This is really interesting. I think this is only platform where we can share chat post. Lol. You can also add tag on your chat post before publish.

  • Audio Post - Audio posting is more interesting. You can share either audio link or just type for searching your favorite music track tumblr will automatically display post editor. After generating the track write short description and put a tag for posting. That’s it.

  • Video Post - In case of Video posting you must upload your original video or you should have permission to post on tumblr. Because tumblr accept copyright claims. As a result your account may block. On video sharing option you can tag other users and can write short description about your video.

Step 4 After sharing any text, image, link, audio, video just hit the Post button and your Post will publish automatically.

You may hear about skyrock.com this is a large social network site based in France. But this social network is not like same with other social networking site. Because skyrock provide free space for creating your own Blog. In addition you can add your personal profile, exchange messages with other registered members.

However at the beginning of this Blogging platform it was known as skyblog.com and they have started their journey in December 2002 but after 4 years in 2007 they have changed their brand name and lunch skyrock.com which is founded by Pierre Bellanger. This is little info about skyrock, I think you are getting bored.

So let’s rock with skyrock by creating your Social profile and Blog now. Please follow the below steps for the tutorial.

How to Create a Social Profile and Blog with Skyrock?

For creating a Social Profile and Blog with Skyrock you must have an email address. You can use any email address like your Gmail, Windows email or Yahoo whatever. Now proceed to the tutorial.

Step 1 Please visit http://www.skyrock.com/ and hit the Sign up button from the top right corner of the screen. You will be headed to registration page with 4 tabs, such as Registration, Blog & Profile, Personalize and Friends.

Step 2 First under Registration tab fill the form with any user name, email and password. After that, select your date of birth and other information. That’s it now click Sign up button from the bottom of the page. A confirmation message will appear that Are you a robot? Or human.  Just click on the reCAPTCHA box and again press the Sign up button.

Step 3 You will be headed on Blog & Profile tab and from there you can select either Create your Blog, Create your Profileor Create the two! Options. Though we will create both Profile and Blog so select the third one.  And press the Next button.

Step 4 On Personalize tab you have to write your Blog’s name, short description, Avatar and also you can select ready template for your Blog.

After fill up all the information and selecting beautiful cover click Confirm button.

Step 5 In Friends tab you can invite your Facebook friend, Twitter follower, Google user and Windows account holder but it’s better to skip this option. So click Skip this step button.

Congratulation your personal Blog on Skyrock is now ready. Now we can take a little time to edit our Profile for better communication with other registered member of skyrock.

How to Edit profile on Skyrock?

This is pretty simple to edit your Profile. Though you have created your Blog, but didn’t update your skyrock profile page, so please change your Profile information on skyrock.

Step 1 From top right corner of the screen click on your user name and select MY PROFILE.

Step 2 Now profile page will open. You can add your photo, status and little description about you.
That’s it. You profile is ready now.

How to create Blog Post in Skyrock?

After creating a Blog on skyrock we will see how to make our first post on skyrock. Because without Posting your Blog won’t get visibility on skyrock social network’s feed.

Step 1 Log in to your skyrock profile and from top right corner of the screen click on your user name and select MY Blog. And click POST button from the top.

Step 2 Now click Article tab and start writing your post. However you can add direct external link from other Blog by click on Link tab. After finishing your writing click Post button from the bottom.

This is really simple to make a post in Skyrock. But the problem is you won’t able to monetize your Blog. Because skyrock will display their own ads and Google Adsense ads on your Blog. But here the trick is if you are having your own Blog and now want to divert some French traffic then you can share your Blog link on skyrock Blog. So your Blog post will get more visibility on skyrock feed. And this will divert big chunk of traffic.

But remember that don’t act like spammer because there are greater chance to get ban from skyrock if you do spam.

It goes without say that every year we celebrate New Year’s Eve. I hope this year won’t be different. However every sites, company, organization expressing their wishes by doing something different and something new. Some of them released new calendar, wallpapers, or Software Company giving biggest discount on this occasion.

But as a Blogger we should celebrate many ways for our Blog readers. Such as by releasing new widget, Template or giving something free of cost. Anyway, the most dominating search engine Google wishing to the entire search visitors through then website by using Google doodles.

This is not any special or new to Google Fan. I am sure that you have seen many Google doodles on various occasions. Similarly for the New Year 2016 Google has released another new Google doodle which can be seen by visiting google.com page.

What’s new this Year?

Every year Google doodle design with something new design. And this year Google doodle is very simple. 5 birds are waiting for hatching eggs that when it will come out. And another bird is frequently following the watch. This is really beautiful. Here GOOGLE is written with 6 letters and 5 birds means GOOG*E and after hatching the 6th Bird the GOOGLE word will be complete. I think 31st Night 12 A.M 6th Bird will be visible. This is the mystery here. So they have kept us waiting to see the 6thBird. This is really cool Idea.

This is really easy trick to add a custom image thumbnail or wallpaper whatever you like.  And this will work as video cover. Please read it through for applying the trick.

Step 1 Visit http://ift.tt/g8FRpY and click Photo/Video option from the top.

Step 2 Photos/Videoupload option will be visible instantly. So click on there and choose a video file from your PC.

Step 4 After completion of video upload locate Add Custom Thumbnail from preview screen and select any wallpaper or image from your PC.
