4. scroll down click> start unlocking the boot loader again scroll down click> click continue>

5. then click the> I accept , put input name, IMEI or MEID (step 1), email click> submit check email antecedent

6. later you can enter your code (save code)download fastboot package with usb drivers http://j.mp/xps_fastboot_pkg Extract fastboot package with usb drivers

7.connect your phone to the computer premises fastboot mode (connect USB + press vol +)go to device manager (control panel> device manager)
8.download driver s1boot
9.right click> update driver software> browse my computer for driver softwarethen look in the folder usb_driver extract this file
10.install its drivers and go to the folder with fastboot package usb drivers> fastbootpress shift + right click> open command windows herethen type fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce get var version in cmd> enter then type fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY in cmd> enter (KEY = antecedent can from email
