C.E.J. Pacian, a more or less shady individual who has been traditionally crafting and sharing with us some of the least traditional and best written pieces of contemporary interactive fiction, has briefly resurfaced to release the excellent and very freeware Superluminal Vagrant Twin. It is a text adventure of course, but one that feels way closer to Elite than Zork.
Superlumina Vagrant Twin, you see, is less about solving obscure puzzles and more about traveling around in your spaceship exploring worlds, landing on planets, trading with aliens, asking the right questions and trying to raise enough money to get your brother back. It is big, interesting, clever, very well written and you will definitely love it.
Superluminal Vagrant Twin by C.E.J. Pacian is both freeware and out now. Play it online or download the gblorb file on itch.io.
