A kingdom's princess has been taken. The enemies in your path need to be stomped on, life squashed from their bodies, to eventually reach the misplaced ruler and free her. The heroes of the realm refuse to help, though, as the world seems to be shifting before their eyes. The violence is no longer glossed over. The horror of what you do here is becoming real.
FREEDOM: Diegesis, free on Itch.io, takes you to what used to be a happy, friendly kingdom that is filled with the rotting corpses of the hopped and bopped. It's only going to get worse, as the dark, unsettling platformer takes several Monster Party-like turns (skip to 3:37) that grow more worrying every moment. You can collect coins and treasures along the way, but they will be small comfort as the world's sickening mutations overwhelm you. But hey: free coins and treasures.
