Escape Lizards have it rough. Their eggs are just lying around all of these deadly arenas filled with pits and hazards and vulture eggs. Not only that, but their eggs love danger, so they try to roll around these places, racing to a finish line that really shouldn't matter this much to an unborn lizard. And all you can do is try to manipulate the level and gravity to keep them safe, tilting the landscape to keep them out of harm's way.

Even before they're born, these lizards are a handful.

Escape Lizard has over one hundred levels of danger for your unborn lizard buddies, so you'll need to work to keep them in their shells. You can move and tilt the map, keeping the ever-rolling eggs on solid ground, but there are many, many different types of track. It's not as simple as keeping them on a straight path, as these maps turn, loop, curve, and feature giant gaps to leap over. You will be working hard, Super Monkey Ball-style, to keep them from falling off (and working FAST if you want to own the leaderboards).

You'll gain powers that will help you a bit along the way, like flipping gravity or double jumping, but these also let the devs devise even more cruel setups for players to get through. Having to bounce around an arena with almost no solid ground, moving the map as you desperately try to catch a falling egg with a little piece of ground, is just the start of the challenges you face in Escape Lizards (not to mention the hidden vulture eggs you can knock over for a little bonus).

Fancy yourself a fine lizard wrangler? Escape Lizards may be worth a shot.

Escape Lizards is available for $14.99 on Steam. For more information on the game and developer Egodystonic Studios, you can head to the game's site, the developer's site, or follow them on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
