Normally, the last thing you would want to do after escaping traffic is to seek it at home. However, Traffix puts you in control of potential gridlocks and makes it fun.
Just don’t play it IN traffic.
You will be given very simple commands: a single tap/click (depending on your platform of choice) changes a red light to yellow and allows one car to pass through. Double tapping allows all cars to pass. If you make a bad call and cause an accident, just click away these casualties and learn from them.

You don’t want to be too wary, though, because your drivers will get angry and leave frustrated. You want to promote a happy and crash-free experience, after all. Besides, you’ll be given 10 strikes before it’s game over. It may seem like a lot, but when you get into trying to manage trains, trucks, and airplanes – it can get busy.
Traffix, despite capturing the tension of guiding vehicles without crashing, is quite relaxing. The soft pastel colors and simple design coupled with challenging play makes for a soothing experience. It also helps promote understanding of how traffic should flow (if everyone is behaving).
Traffix is available now on Itch.io and Android.
