Played in real-time, encrypted and via email, Top Secret by James Long is a refreshingly different type of game, that will apparently blend real-life events and people, the Snowden leaks, NSA, choose-your-own-adventure mechanics delivered via email, delayed responses, branching narratives, real-time gameplay, secrets and spies into one cohesive and -frankly- exciting whole. Casting you as a NSA surveillance recruit under surveillance in a realistically paranoid world, Top Secret will essentially attempt a retelling of the Snowden story and this simply had to happen in a less than conventional way.
