All sensible beings of a certain age love their Eye of the Beholder, whereas younger sensible beings seem to also appreciate their Legend of Grimrock series and those apparently massive MMORPGs. Happily, beings of all ages have now gotten a brand new tile-based hack-and-slash RPG thing to play with and one that attempts to do things slightly differently: The Fall of the Dungeon Guardians. It's a big, detailed, puzzle-filled dungeon crawler, but it also comes with a tactical, pause-able combat system that assigns huge importance to the tank/healer/damage dealer roles.
The Fall of the Dungeon Guardians by Mana Games is out now and available to purchase for Windows, Mac and Linux on Steam or direct from its official page.
