Degica Games, the publisher of RPG Maker in the west, is also publishing an RPG engine for iOS now which allows users to create RPGs for iOS using their iOS devices. There's nothing to indicate that this is part of the RPG Maker brand, but the functionality of RPG Creator does appear to take cues from it.
