After getting warped into a strange world, you’ll need some special firearms to get around and solve its mysteries.
And All Would Cry Beware! follows a hero in a hurry. While running from a Kill Gang in the ruined streets of Los Angeles, you take shelter in the old Wayfarer offices. Turns out that they’ve built some sort of dimension hopping device, though, which honestly comes in handy when a Kill Gang is out looking for you. Using it, you find yourself in a lush, colorful world. No less dangerous than the one you left, though.
You’ll be able to collect a variety of guns as you explore this new world of harsh stone paths and acid lakes. Most will help you keep from being eaten by the local wildlife, but some will also open up new paths through the game’s world, creating new routes and giving you access to places you haven’t been before. Handy things, those guns.
As you make your way through your new, Kill Gang-less home, you can also work to figure out what happened to the expedition Wayfarer sent through the dimensional gates before you. Maybe some of them survived? Maybe they’ll have some explanation as to why anyone would come here? Maybe you’re just curious in a big world mostly filled with ways to get into an early grave. No matter what your reasons, collecting neat weapons and finding answers will make your escape from dangerous gangs a bit more exciting.
