Halloween party ideas 2015

Fighting monsters with magic seems like a good idea, but people need to learn how to do that somehow. That's where your management skills will come in handy, as you'll need to build a magic school, get the right mentors to teach, and help mold your students into the arcane powerhouses you need in Valthirian Arc: Red Covenant.

Magic schools don't just build themselves in Valthirian Arc: Red Covenant. You have to pick your rooms, from study halls to dorms to classes, laying them out while furnishing them so your students can learn in comfort. Depending on what things you put in, your students will be able to gain an array of abilities (all of which you'll help them customize through skill trees and training under the right mentors). This school will work how you want it to, so if fireballs end up being beyond your students, that's on you.

Most magical schools don't manage to go through a semester without any trouble, which is why you can take some of your best and brightest out into the field. You get to choose four students, controlling one while the others follow your lead, and fight monsters in live action combat using the powers you've selected. Doing so will net you new gear, help you find missing students, or tangle with some unruly monsters that menace the world. Good to have some practical work alongside classes, right?

Meanwhile, you can also handle some political intrigue with the five queens in the area. Because you need the extra trouble while trying to keep students on track and the school growing. If you feel like you can juggle all three, you'll want to keep an eye out for Valthirian Arc: Red Covenant's release (hopefully) later this year.

For more information on Valthirian Arc: Red Covenant and developer Agate Studio, you can head to the game's site, the developer's site, or follow them on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. You can also donate to the game's Kickstarter campaign.
